YPG carries out sabotage attack against Turkish-backed rebels in

The Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG) carried out a new ambush in the Afrin region this week, the group reported this morning.

“On October 2nd, YPG sleeper cell carried out a sabotage action, targeting a military vehicle of the Hamza Division (Second Regiment) on the road to the Haj Khalil village of Rajo district,” the YPG said.

“As a result, a vehicle was destroyed, two FSA were killed and three others wounded,” they continued.

“On the same day, YPG ambushed one of the rebels of the Sultan Murad Division (First Regiment) on the road to the Shekhorze village in Bilbile district. As a result, the fighter was killed,” the YPG added.
