YPG claims 11 Turkish soldiers, 63 FSA rebels killed in September

The Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG) released a September military report that highlighted the losses for the Turkish-backed rebels in the Afrin region.

According to the YPG’s report, at least 74 Turkish soldiers and Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters were killed in the Afrin region in the month of September.

Of the 74 killed, 11 were Turkish Army soldiers and the remaining 63 were Free Syrian Army rebels.

Furthermore, the YPG said that they carried out 38 operations against the Turkish Army and the Free Syrian Army; these attacks included, assassinations, ambushes, and seizing enemy weapons.

The report would add that one military HQ, six military vehicles, and one T-55 tank were destroyed during the YPG’s operations inside the Afrin region.
